How bout that snow? It's cold and makes for interesting dirving, i'll tell you that much. It's been sad though that I haven't been skiing much, those poor skis are sitting in the corner of our front room oh so lonely. At least they have eachother, at least i'm not a boarder cause then it would really be lonely. I love my new skis by the way. I have figured out this season how to utilize their talents. For those who don't know, I ski on the LINE prophet 90 ski with the BD tele bindings. They are so much fun...
I am wondering who you all are going to vote for and why? I am not so sure.

Hey Rae,
Just got your comment on Outdoor Women. I am looking for a few girls to be admin's on it with me. My friend, Amy, in Hawaii is going to be one and get it going down there, and I was wondering if you'd want to do it up here with me? We just have to get the word out, whaddya say? I think it'd be great for girls. I was thinking about putting a flier up on campus and also at REI as well as in church cuz we've got some outdoorsy girls in my ward.

PS- Romney. I'm not happy with some of the things he says, but overall I think he has the best track record and the best attitude. McCain is a good guy, but I don't really think he's got the same "what-it-takes" to be a president. And forget Clinton and Obama- yikes.... I'm independent, so I was open to the option at first of Obama, but NEVER Clinton. Obama's just too inexperienced. Plus, he has some policies I'm really not too keen on.
P.P.S. Just sent an invitation to be an admin to your hotmail acct. Do you have gmail??
What would being admin invlove? Did you know that there is another blog callen womenoutdoors.blogspot.com? Check it out. Let me know what it invloves and I may be interested. And No, I don't have gmail...but could I guess.

I checked it out, but it doesn't look very active and there are tons of ads. I'd like to keep it kinda low key, just a place to share experiences hiking, biking, skiing, etc... also, a place to get girls together for trips and just everyday sort of activities. I wanted to add you as an author to the site so that you could post freely without having to just leave a comment. You are a fabulous writer and have done some great trails and trips. I am only asking people to be authors who enjoy writing and who are active in the outdoors. I have two other people posting with me right now (as of yesterday and today) and you are the only other person I have asked, so there will be four of us. Amy, who is "shimmybaby" is in Hawaii and does tons of things there- surfing, hiking, etc. Rachel is in Gainesville, Florida and goes backpacking in the Everglades and bike rides on trails there. I am just looking for the authors to write things, here and there about trails they have done, trips they have gone on, advice, tips, gear expertise, etc. It's basically a place to help others know where to go- and hopefully get some good outdoor groups going. =)
